For many the Spring is the time in which they relish, they long for it all winter long. For others Spring is not such a bright pretty, fanciful time. Often times, with the Spring season, comes a myriad of extreme weather changes, people getting sick, the days getting longer, and many lives are tossed and jostled quite a bit.
Now, I admit I am one of those people who are quite content in the heart of winter. I enjoy the short days, which in turn give me more time at home, in my bed with something warm to drink and a nice book in my hand. When the cold, crisp air is blanketing your home, it heightens the sence of being cut off from the world in your own little person universe. You don't want to leave for having to get dressed so thoroughly, only to still lose the wonderful bit of warmth that keeps you so close to the edge of bliss. Sleeping in as though you are sharing a season of hybernation with a grizzly, you never really seem to wake up all the way. That season seems to keep the unpleasantries of the world at bay. But when the Springtime comes and lifts that security blanet, it all comes rushing back.
In the Springtime, I feel the weight of the world once again begin its climb upon my shoulders. A strong desire for freedom and reclusion come knocking at the door of my soul. I simply want to withdraw back into my comfortable lifestyle that only the colder seasons can provide. As depression raises its tortuous head this season...I look back and simply sigh. I know the beauty of this season will once again be there to carry me through the chaotic weather and the unforgiving pressure from all the expectations that continuously weight me down.

Why is it that if something says, "do not eat" on the packaging it becomes extra tempting to eat? ^^
